The spa is slightly tucked away, yet a warm, welcoming, and a fun team awaits to greet you. The spa services are available by appointment but we gladly accept same-day and walk-in appointments permitting availability. Calls made to the spa on Sundays and Mondays will get return calls on Tuesday. Please leave a voice message as all voice messages are emailed to us.

From 95: Left onto Old Bridge, turn right Clipper Dr (Coastal Gas Station ), 1st left into Lake Ridge Executive Center, in the parking lot make 3rd Right, then make a left, 1st set buildings on your right park anywhere. We are located in the middle of the 2 buildings.

From Minnieville Rd: Go straight at the intersection of Old Bridge and Minnieville. Enter Lake Ridge Executive Park. 1st left then 1st right. Park on the left side of buildings on the left. We are in the middle of this set of buildings. 

Check-Ins

New clients, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete spa forms. It is critical for therapists to have a completed intake form before treatments. Many services require various consents prior to the treatment.

Annual Updates:  

Annually we are required to obtain updates on clients' health status, update cancellation policy, and review client profile. Clients with any medical or medication changes please inform us prior to the service. 

Late Cancelation, No Show, or Late Arrival Policy

These policies are outlined to best serve our clients, respect therapist times, and support successful business practice. No Show or Late Cancelation Full Service Charge -Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment is charged in full for their appointment. Must call Spa to cancel appointments. Leave a voice message after hours. Cancellation Notice: Tue appointment at 3:00 pm must cancel by Monday 3:00 pm (24 hours minimum), Sat 9:30 am means must cancel by Thurs 9:30 am (48 hours minimum).

**Repeat cancelations/no shows will result in pre-payment and possibly the loss of booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

Accommodation will be based on the therapist's schedule and how late of an arrival. Regardless of the length of the treatment or inability to accommodate, a “full” session is charged.

No Show means no call or any communications to cancel an appointment: full service charge 

Zen Zone

NO Cell Phones on while waiting or in service. NO Children or Pets allowed in Spa.
