Communicable or Contagious Conditions

For the safety of the clients and therapists at ReNuew Wellness Spa, please reschedule an appointment if you're experiencing Bacterial, Fungal, or Viral Infections – Fevers, Flu symptoms, Cold sore, Herpes Simplex with Brazilian waxing, Styes, Ringworm, and so forth.

Skincare, Permanent Makeup, Lash Extension post-care forms provided with services. Consultations required for Permanent Makeup and Lash Extensions.

Skincare Treatments

Clients with Botox, Fillers, Recent chemical peels or any Facial laser treatments must wait at least 2 weeks for skincare treatments. For clients currently on Accutane or within the last year, we provide deep cleaning and rebuilding treatments to restore and balance the skin.

Waxing: Pre and Post-Care Instructions

To ensure a successful waxing treatment, sanitary service, and to minimize health risk (lifting or tearing of the skin) please follow the below:
  • Face Waxing: Hold if sunburn, rashes, or recently advanced treatments to area.
  • Brazilian or bikini wax services shower before service. Hair must be a minimum size of a rice grain. When in doubt don't shave! We got you!!!
  • Brazilian or Bikini clients: Be aware that the week prior to menstruation the skin cells are inflamed thus resulting in increased discomfort during Brazilians. Clients have shared they find it helpful to take either a Motrin or Advil or Aleve 30 minutes prior to appointment. Please follow manufacturer instructions. Best to schedule appointments at 4-week increments
  • Post Care for Brazilian or Bikini: The pores are opened after waxing services. 72 hours post-wax NO Hot tubs, Hot Yoga, Sauna, Baths, Intimacy, or Exfoliation. Use the recommended post-care cream for 72 hours. ReNuew Wellness Spa has a post-care kit available for purchase. Do not use bar soap as this does clog the pores.
